A prepaid SIM card in the control panel is all you need.

The control panel has a SIM card slot, so you don't need internet. The sensors talk directly to the control panel, and the control panel sends alerts via 4G using a prepaid SIM card you arrange yourself. No router that can fail, no provider watching along, and no subscription.

No kit that fits your needs? Build your own system
An ordinary prepaid SIM card, which you arrange yourself with the provider of your choice. Watch out for one thing: an alarm system might send two messages a year, and many prepaid cards are deactivated after a long period of inactivity. So choose a provider whose credit doesn't expire, or set a yearly reminder to top up. You don't want to find out during a break-in that your number has been cut off.
No. You buy a prepaid card for about ten euros and top it up when needed. No contract, no monthly fee, no notice period, and you can switch provider at any time. The system itself remains one hundred percent yours — the SIM card doesn't change that.
Then the alert won't get through, and we want to be honest about that. So check beforehand whether your phone has signal where the control panel will go — if you can make a call there, the system will work too. Whatever happens, the sirens still go off. They don't need a network, and in practice that's what stops a break-in.
