Good to know
Are there really no monthly fees?
No. You buy the system once and it is 100% yours. No subscription, no hidden costs.
What kind of SIM card works with this system?
This system needs a nano SIM card (not an eSIM). Good news: you don't need an expensive data bundle - the control panel communicates via calls and SMS. A simple, cheap call and SMS card is enough; you don't pay extra for data you won't use anyway.
Netherlands:
Prepaid: we recommend KPN. This SIM card stays valid as long as you perform at least one action every six months, such as sending an SMS.
Plan (SIM only): Simpel is a good choice. From around €5 a month you get an affordable bundle with enough call and SMS minutes and good coverage, without having to top up.
Belgium:
Prepaid: we recommend BASE, Proximus or Orange. These cards usually stay valid for 12 months. Each top-up extends the validity again.
Plan (SIM only): Proximus or Orange are reliable, affordable choices with good coverage for calls and SMS, so your SIM card always stays active without topping up.
Can I install it myself?
Yes. You stick the sensors on and the control panel guides you step by step. On average you're done in about 30 minutes — no drilling, no installer.
What if it's not for me after all?
You can try the system for 30 days. Not satisfied? Send it back free of charge and get a full refund.
Is my purchase covered by a warranty?
Yes, all our products come with a standard 2-year manufacturer's warranty. And of course we'll still help you afterwards if anything comes up. You also have 30 days to decide whether the product suits you. Not happy with it? Then you can return it free of charge.
Can I switch off certain sensors at night?
Yes, you can. The system works with different modes, such as Home and Away. For each sensor you can set in which mode it is active. For example, you can switch on all sensors when you're away, while a motion detector automatically stays off in Home mode, so you can move around freely at night.
